Westpointe Church - Day 4

Today we started with an amazing breakfast before we headed to Flamboyanes. When we got there we played floor hockey, soccer, and hula hoop games. The kids loved the games and it was a great way to open them up when it was time to teach them about God. I helped with action songs about Jesus that we taught the kids. I also helped with the puppet show.  After we hung out in our nicely cooled room. After extreme heat it is so nice to cool down.

We went to the church to eat supper which was very good. The cooks have been so kind to feed this big group! In the evening we drove to Komchen where there were at least 100 people waiting for us! We played floor hockey,and parachute games with the kids. Then we presented our program where we did some songs, drama, a puppet show, Drime, chalk art, and Gary did a a gospel illusion with the kids. It was so good to see God work through us, in us, and in the people in the church. After the ministry time we were able to lay hands on the pastor in Komchen and pray for him and the youth leaders of that church. Then we ended the day by hanging out on the van ride back to Merida.
