OPEN TRIP PRICING

 

C-Quest Open mission and aid trips are designed to allow individuals and families to serve with others without having to be part of a larger organized group.  The open trip offers the ability to develop new lasting friendships between like-minded people desiring to serve.

The trip fees cover all of your costs with the exception of airfare, optional activities and spending money.  Due to the nature of a C-Quest trip, 100% of your trip fees qualify for a charitable tax receipt.

 

Trip Fees

Adult/Youth - $1,900

Child (12 and under) - $1350

 

Fee Payment Schedule:

  • $300 deposit due at time of application

  • 2nd payment of $500 due 90 days prior to trip departure date

  • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to trip departure date

Notes:

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars

  • Pricing is based on a standard nine day trip

  • The third and subsequent child in the same family will receive a 50% discount on their trip fees

  • C-Quest reserves the right to cancel a trip if 18 or more individuals have not paid in full 30 days prior to the departure date

  • Adult/Youth fees apply to persons 13 years or older on the departure date

  • Trip fees do not include airfare

  • If flying to Cancun, an additional $180 per person transfer fee applies to cover roundtrip transportation costs between Cancun and Merida

  • Deposits, trip fees, and project donations are non-refundable, however they can be applied towards a future trip (less any expenses incurred by C-Quest) if written cancellation notice is received at least 45 days prior to departure date

  • Optional meals, services and excursions are not included
