Please use the online form below to apply for a short-term mission trip.. After we've reviewed your application, we will contact you. In order for your application to be approved, we need a copy of your passport main page (with your photo and personal info on it), as well as the required deposit. Your application will be submitted online to us, so there is no need to print it. Make sure all starred questions are answered or your application will not be allowed to send.

If you have a special diet issue (gluten, celiac, etc.) please contact us before you apply for the trip. We have limited ability to accommodate special diets, however, arrangements can possibly be made with the team member to meet their needs while serving with us in Mexico.
