God's Plans (The Bridge)
Today was our first day full of working in the community. We started by painting a few walls and ceilings at a church and the afternoon we ran our first program. As we went around the table sharing our “highs” from the day, I was struck by the fact that when we pulled into a park to run our program there was not a kid to be seen. By the time we were sharing the Gospel through our drama and then Eli giving an invitation to accept Christ, we had 34 people in the park and on the street listening (that doesn’t even include those in the shops around us). In my mind if the only thing that happened on the trip was this it would have been a great success, but it’s even better to know that God has more plans for us each and every day of our trip.
