C-Quest 2014/15 Pricing Schedule
Join C-Quest on a Mission or Aid trip and help tranform the lives of families in Mexico and even your own. Our trips are generally 10 - 12 days in length and include transfers, transportation during the trip, accommodations, and all meals and excursions*. Our trips are tailor-made to suit your group's demographics, interests, skills and project interests, therefore each trip itinerary is different.
We work with your group to pick one or more specific projects for which your team will fundraise in advance of the trip. You will see the funds you raise helping people in need. We look forward to hosting your team!
Adults/Teenagers (13 and older*)
Trip Fee $1,500 / person (plus flight)
Minimum Project Fundraising Target $200 / person
Children and Youth (12 and under*)
Trip Fee $1,100 / person (plus flight)
Minimum Project Fundraising Target $100 / person
Rate determined by age at trip departure date.
A deposit of $500 is due at time of application and is used to reserve your place. Click here to complete the application online. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future trip deposit if desired. The remaining balance of thetrip fee and 100% of minimum Project Fundraising target is due a minimum of 30 days prior to trip departure date.
Project Funds raised will be allocated to one of the C-Quest funding areas using the C-Quest donation form.
Pricing does not include airfare.
Group trips require a $3,000 deposit to hold trip dates. The deposit is non-refundable, however if a trip is cancelled after deposit is received, it can be used as a deposit on a future trip for that group.
